Eleanor is a Procurement Officer working for Greater Manchester Combined Authority on the Education, Work and Skills Flexible Procurement System, supporting the delivery of the Greater Manchester Work and Skills Strategy to achieve an integrated Education, Work and Skills system that will help all of our residents to be school ready, life ready and work ready.

As part of this role, Eleanor is responsible for providing expert business advice on procurement and contract management arrangements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes, whilst ensuring compliance, maximising efficiency and obtaining value for money for a wide range of stakeholders and Greater Manchester residents.

Prior to joining GMCA Commercial Services, Eleanor has previously worked in the VCSE sector and is also teacher trained, achieving a Masters Level Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Bolton in 2022.
