Victoria is one of His Majesty’s Senior Inspectors, bringing extensive experience across education and school leadership. A qualified teacher, she holds a master’s degree in education with a specialist focus on social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Prior to joining Ofsted, Victoria served as a headteacher and held a range of senior leadership positions across diverse phases and settings, including alternative provision. She has also worked within local authority services supporting children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Victoria has developed considerable expertise in school improvement, with a particular emphasis on improving outcomes for disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND. Her work reflects a strong commitment to inclusive practice and ensuring high-quality education for all learners.
